At home Cotswolds Baby Photo Shoots

One of the greatest milestones in life is having a baby, in all it's glorious, messy, love filled beauty. It is one of favourite times to photograph - the months after giving birth become a complete blur as you grapple with the realities of take care of your new family unit, become completely absorbed in your new little human being and the combination of overwhelming love and exhaustion can mean it is so hard to remember what this time was like.

The details and emotions that abound at this time make it such a precious time to photograph. Baby shoots take place in the comfort of your own home with plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, breaks and snacks. I want these shoots to be a memory in themselves, of a time when you got to all be together for a couple of hours, completely absorbed in your new baby and each other. I photograph all the natural interactions between you all, the adoring gazes, the heart felt cuddles, the feeds and naps. I'll guide you on clothing, we'll make a plan on timing to work with you and your baby's schedule (if they have one) and we'll take as much time as necessary to make sure we have time to photograph all the family - siblings, parents, babies and even the pets.

Many of my clients come to me for both maternity and baby shoots and this combination is just magic. Getting to document the whole journey for you, to see the photos of you both pregnant and when baby arrives is just wonderful and I can't tell you how much children love to see photos of you pregnant when they get older!
